What to write about

• A tool gave the wrong answer. Tell us which tool and what you entered — the exact input helps us reproduce it in minutes instead of hours.
• Something is broken. Include your browser and, if you can, whether it fails on desktop and mobile both.
• Suggest a tool. We take requests seriously; a lot of what's here started as someone asking for it.
• Advertising and partnerships.
• Privacy requests — see our Privacy Policy.
• Copyright or content concerns. Include the URL and enough detail for us to identify the material.

Before you write

Two things we get asked a lot. We can't recover your data — nearly every tool here runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you enter reaches us in the first place. And we don't keep copies of your files, for the same reason.

Response time

We usually reply within a few business days. Bug reports that include the input you used tend to get fixed fastest.
